Shortly after the Constructicons joined the Decepticons, they built Oikodomopolis as both a Decepticon soldier and a test that hey, not all their kids had this underlying need to screw them over in some way. She spent her formative years with the Constructicons, and the constant close contact with her made the Constructicons more kindly disposed towards her than to some of their other creations. She still maintains a rather closer connection to her creators than most other Decepticons do.
During the War before the Great Shutdown, 'Polis gained a reputation as a vampire, though the assessment has later changed to 'pitcher plant'. As a fuelstation, she can both fuel people and devour them, and she seems to have no compunctions with doing either. Then again, she is Constructicon made.
'Polis has maintained various intimate relationships over the years with large truck Transformers. Not all of her lovers have exclusively been trucks, but the non-trucks are the exceptions. The longest-lasting, and still going, relationship she has is with the chemical emotive sculptor, Alkali. There's some rumors that this is because Alkali drugs her.
After 1986, she met Motormaster.
The Constructicons keep suggesting Onslaught as a "safer" boyfriend when the topic comes up.
Weapons and Abilities
In alternate mode, Oikodomopolis occupies about two city blocks' worth of space. She can slightly reconfigure her design so that she doesn't have to be identical from transform-to-transform, but it's a matter of where the towers go around her fuelstation center. She is large enough for an average-sized Transformer to walk inside of her buildings without trouble.
As a fuelstation, she has a lot of fueling probes that can both provide fuel and extract it from people who are connected to her. Her interior structures have extremely precise security lasers, as well as fuel-taps that can slip into the cracks in a mech's armor and find his fuel-lines to drain. Her exterior has a much heavier armament, though no fuel drainers.
In fuelstation-mode, she also has small cleaner drones that can scrap debris left inside of her and add it to her self-repair stores.
As a robot, she is about the size of Optimus Prime. Known fuel-tap points include her palms, and the cables on her forearms can detach and spray people with energon. Most of her exterior fuelstation weaponry is tightly packed away and partially subspaced in the 'backpack' like structure attached to her. She can pull out and shoulder-mount up two weapons from her exterior armament.
She has a rifle floating around someplace.
Due to her extremely compact robot-mode structure, she is heavy and very dense. This makes for some impressive armor between the outside world and her vitals, like her fueltanks.
Weaknesses
Her overconfidence has gotten into her some bad situations, and she shows extremely bad judgement when it comes to interpersonal relationships.
Physical weaknesses include the cables on her forearms as they attach directly to her fuel-tanks. Other physical weaknesses remain to be seen.
